It is a 3-day retreat. In which You will restart your life. You will get good feelings, inspiration and You will become someone that You aspire to be.

It is about the practical application of breath-work, hardening the nervous and immune system. That is on the physiological side. On the other side – it is about getting calmer and more self-conscious, mindful and fulfilled.
This could be achieved through movement, being active, sound and joy. It is all about how to set the intention for maintaining one’s well-being, finding the purpose of life and feeling good.

It is not about entertainment and cool things. RESTARTS team runs these event for almost 2 years and has improved lives for more than few hundred people.
The content and masterclasses are put together in a unifying way, and everything rotates around the central idea of getting people unstuck.  
It is hugely important to talk about activating nervous system that often keeps us shut-down or frozen. So in all workshops this very point is addressed from different perspectives. 
This retreat is not self-help event. This is to restart and synchronize mind, body, spirit and emotions within 3 days.

What to expect from the event?

Everybody has their own problems and issues. Perhaps You want to address some professional problems, perhaps Your issue is the relationships, or get priorities straight. Maybe it is the digestion or sleep – in general – health problems.  Whatever Your worries are – all can be addressed by extending Your comfort zone. And quit telling self-limiting-stories and having self-limiting-beliefs. 

As Dr. Jerome Bruner, a Harvard psychologist elegantly puts it: “You’re more likely to act yourself into feeling than feeling yourself into action.

Why biohacking?

Biohacking is not an ideology, nor a specific dogma. That’s more like a framework how to enhance ones health and well-being. Via science, technology and nature.
Biohacking basic premise is – recognition of what damages us/ make us weak and what makes us stronger/ healthier. 
Where we need to decrease the rate of damage and increase the rate of repair and enhancement. 
It is a systemic approach and strategy to make ourselves better.  To increase not only life span, but also the health span. Through creating habits, building muscle, resilience, sleep better. Actually, to find more and better tools for self-regulating when the times are bad and life is hard. 

Magic place- Kalnmuiža Manor

Kalnmuiža Manor, also called Hohenberg in German, is a medium-sized former private manor in Kandava Municipality on the left bank of the ancient Abava River valley, 10 km away from Kandava, Latvia. And 40km from the beautiful medieval city Kuldiga. As a legal and economic unit, the manor has been around since at least the end of the 15th century. The central manor house and utility buildings were built in the beginning of the 19th century.
The manor house is located on a hill, which offers an excellent view to the apple orchard on its slopes. Since 2006, an elegant hotel with large celebration halls and a restaurant has been operating at the manor house and the nearby Slope Building.

Forest Bathing (Therapy) - mindfulness and silencing the mind's destructive dialogues

In Japan the concept is called forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” So shinrin-yoku means taking in the forest through our senses.
This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Shinrin-yoku is like a bridge. By opening our senses, it bridges the gap between us and the natural world.

Organizers of youRESTART event have gourmet and health-food background. Therefore they pay a very serious attention to food according to healthy nutritional guidelines. And of course according to each individual’s preferences. No wheat, no sugar, as organic as possible. 

There is often few participants who choose to fast one or two days.

All meals in a warm and cozy environment to enjoy a good company, social setting for deep conversations. To relax and enjoy life.

  • the full package – 3-day retreat, all flights, transfers, hotels will be organized fro you. As well as 2 or 3 day stay in medieval city of Kuldiga and Riga
  • the partial package – 3-day retreat and transfer from/ to airport, transfer to Kalnmuizas manor.
  • 3-day retreat only – it includes only the stay at the manor during the 3-day retreat. Transportation and all transfers from/to airport, hotels outside retreat are not included.

  • I already wake up earlier , exercise, eat better, healthier. It all got more exciting and more fulfilled.
